During our all-inclusive season from Memorial Day Weekend through the end of October, guests embark on a culinary journey designed to satisfy even the most discerning palates. While our culinary team aims to capture the authentic Montana ranch experience, every meal invites guests to embrace the rich traditions of Big Sky Country with each bite.

Comprehensive Meals

Featuring three chef-prepared meals per day plus included beer and wine. Sustainably sourced, thoughtfully planned, procured, and plated.

Breakfast

Breakfast starts at 8 AM each morning and guests are treated to freshly made coffee prior to service. From savory specials to sweet treats, enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals meant to give you the energy needed to make the most of your day of activity.

Lunch

Depending on the activity schedule for the day, lunch is typically held in the Hideaway Lodge at 12:30 PM and features light but filling meals. Our lunches delight the palate and give guests the extra energy boost they need for an afternoon of exciting activities on the ranch.

Dinner is held at 6:30 PM each evening and guests are treated to a different cuisine each night of their stay as our options are constantly changing. Featuring locally sourced and house-procured specialties including steaks from our working cattle ranch, Chef Casey strives to encapsulate a Montana ranch dining experience that captures western tradition with a modern twist.

Gourmet Cuisine: What to Expect

Meals change frequently with availability of ingredients and guest preferences. While all meals are pre-determined prior to your arrival, here are examples of what you can expect during your all-inclusive stay. Meals are subect to change.

Breakfast in the Hideaway Lodge

Elk Sausage Biscuits & Gravy

Savory whole grain biscuits covered in homemade gravy with locally harvested Rocky Mountain Elk sausage, and crispy fingerling potatoes.

Huckleberry Pancakes

Locally picked huckleberries, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon.

Cowboy Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, roasted breakfast potatoes, toast, bacon.

Lunch in the Hideaway Lodge

Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini

Toasted sourdough, thick cut bacon, shredded chicken breast, pepper jack cheese.

Arugula Salad

Fresh local strawberries, feta, toasted walnuts, shallots, cb ranch honey, vinaigrette.

Grass Fed Beef Cheeseburger

Ranch-sourced grass fed beef, fresh cut green leaf lettuce, sharp cheddar, garlic dill pickles.

The Meadows Elk Steak

Locally harvest Rocky Mountain Elk tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes, and roasted seasonal vegetables.

Grilled Salmon & Risotto

Freshly caught wild salmon with a huckleberry glaze on a bed of risotto and asparagus.

Bison Short Ribs

Slow-braised bison short ribs in a rich red wine reduction, served with roasted root vegetables and a side of creamy polenta.

DESSERT

Huckleberry Cheesecake

Creamy cheesecake topped with a wild huckleberry compote.

S’mores Crème Brûlée

Classic crème brûlée with a toasted marshmallow topping and a graham cracker crumble.

FAQs About All-Inclusive Dining

Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate all guests for their dietary needs. Please provide at least two weeks notice on your dietary preferences and/or restrictions prior to your stay.

No, meals are set prior to your stay and all guests are served the same meals. Special accommodations can be made for those with dietary preferences and/or restrictions as long as our culinary team is notified two weeks prior to your stay.

Yes! If guests are doing a full day activity (like a fly fishing float), their guide will bring a sack lunch prepared by our culinary team.

Yes! Our property has a working cattle ranching operation and all of the beef we eat at The Meadows comes from our own herd of Black Angus Cows.

All beer and wine are included but we cannot provide liquor and/or spirits per our license and state law.

We are fully licensed to provide our guests with beer and wine. If you prefer liquor or other hard spirits, this must be provided by the guest and may only be consumed within the guest’s accommodations per state law.

No, alcohol that is consumed outside your accommodation must be served by a staff member of The Meadows on Rock Creek from the bar in the central lodge.

You may bring your own liquor and/or spirits but they must be consumed within your cabin and not in the Hideaway Lodge.

Our all-inclusive season is Memorial Day weekend through October 31st. During this time, in addition to your beautiful accommodations, the following experiences are included: 

  • Accommodations and access to central lodge
  • Culinary experiences and beverages
  • Guided and non-guided activities on/off property

 

During our cabin rental season from November 1st through April 30th, all accommodations are included and we provide a continental breakfast. Guided activities are available for an extra fee upon request.
