All-Inclusive Experiences

In an all-inclusive stay at The Meadows on Rock Creek, the following are included: 

  • Private accommodations
  • All meals and beverages including beer and wine
  • All guided and self-guided activities with a limit of two per day

 

Additionally, kids under age six stay free when accompanying paying adult guests!

We are fully licensed to provide our guests with beer and wine. If you prefer liquor or other hard spirits, this must be provided by the guest and may only be consumed within the guest’s accommodations per state law.

No, alcohol that is consumed outside your accommodation must be served by a staff member of The Meadows on Rock Creek from the bar in the central lodge.

Cell service is limited but there is high-speed satellite internet available near our facilities on property for WiFi calling and internet access. We encourage guests to enable WiFi calling while staying at the guest ranch.

Yes, daily housekeeping is available upon request at our Montana guest ranch.

Check-in is 3pm, and check-out is 11am at our Montana guest ranch.

There are no age restrictions at The Meadows on Rock Creek. We are a family friendly operation, and welcome guests of all ages and abilities.

Yes, but this is based on availability. We have designated two cabins as “pet friendly’ accommodations. Contact us directly for availability.

Our all-inclusive season is Memorial Day weekend through October 31st. During this time, in addition to your beautiful accommodations, the following experiences are included: 

  • Accommodations and access to central lodge
  • Culinary experiences and beverages
  • Guided and non-guided activities on/off property

 

During our cabin rental season from November 1st through April 30th, all accommodations are included and we provide a continental breakfast. Guided activities are available for an extra fee upon request.

The only additional costs are fly fishing float trips if guests choose to book that guided activity.

Cabins & Accommodations

We offer single bedroom and double bedroom floor plans to choose from. The single-bed cabins sleep a maximum of 4 guests if using the comfortable pull-out couch, while the two-bedroom floor plan sleeps a maximum of 4-5 guests with three different bed configurations which includes a queen/queen, queen/twin+twin, and queen/bunk bed in the primary and secondary bedroom, respectively. 

Our Rock Creek cabins feature fully equipped kitchens, complete with high-end appliances and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. Whether you prefer to cook your own meals or have our staff prepare them for you, our cabins offer the ultimate in flexibility and convenience.

Dining

Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate all guests for their dietary needs.

Yes! If guests are doing a full day activity (like a fly fishing float), their guide will bring a sack lunch prepared by our culinary team.

Yes! Our property has a working cattle ranching operation and much of the beef we eat at The Meadows comes from our own herd of Black Angus Cows.

All beer and wine are included but we cannot provide liquor and/or spirits per our license and state law.

We are fully licensed to provide our guests with beer and wine. If you prefer liquor or other hard spirits, this must be provided by the guest and may only be consumed within the guest’s accommodations per state law.

No, alcohol that is consumed outside your accommodation must be served by a staff member of The Meadows on Rock Creek from the bar in the central lodge.

You may bring your own liquor and/or spirits but they must be consumed within your cabin and not in the Hideaway Lodge.

Weddings & Venue Packages

We have three options for Montana wedding packages including:

  • Venue ONLY Buyout – included one day of rental of our event barn for use of your ceremony and reception.
  • All-Inclusive Buyout Package – a two night minimum rental of the entire facility with all inclusive experiences. Included 10 rental cabins (up to 32 guests), access to our central lodge and property, meals and drinks, guided activities for guests staying on site, and a rehearsal dinner for up to 32 guests. Does not include wedding reception/event catering. Only available Memorial Day weekend through October 31.
  • Winter Buyout or À La Carte Package – contact our team to discuss your winter season buyout or customize your all-inclusive experience during our peak season.

Our all-inclusive buyout package features luxury accommodations (1o cabins in total), all meals and beverages, and guided activities for your guests that are staying on site.

Our venue-only package consists of rental of our event barn for the day. If needed, additional facility usage can be arranged for an extra fee or contact us for more details on our A Là Carte Package.

We can provide catering for your rehearsal dinner but do not provide food for your wedding/reception. Please see our preferred vendors list for our business partners.

We do not provide decorations but we can provide tables and chairs for a maximum occupancy of 220 guests. Any additional decorations must come your preferred wedding decorations vendor. Additionally, while we have an alter, we recommend providing your own if you have specific preferences on it’s size and decoration.

Yes, we have high speed satellite internet on our property and in all facilities.

Pets are allowed if they are part of the wedding ceremony. Please contact us to confirm details prior to your ceremony.

Yes, our event barn has air conditioning and heating.

Our capacity is 220 guests.

While there are many great great places to stay in the Philipsburg area, we recommend the Broadway Hotel for a comfortable and cozy lodging option in town. It is about a 30-minute drive to The Meadows from the town of Philipsburg.

Corporate Retreats

We have three options for corporate retreat packages including:

  • All-Inclusive Buyout Package – a two night minimum rental of the entire facility with all inclusive experiences. Included 10 rental cabins (up to 32 guests), access to our central lodge and property, meals and drinks, and guided activities for guests staying on site. Only available May 23rd through October 31.
  • Winter Buyout or À La Carte Package – contact our team to discuss your winter season buyout or customize your all-inclusive experience during our peak season.

Our all-inclusive buyout package features luxury accommodations (1o cabins in total), all meals and beverages, and guided activities for your guests that are staying on site.

During our all-inclusive season (June 1 through October 31), we provide all meals and beverages with a buyout package.

Yes! We have high-speed Starlink satellite internet on property and available for guest use.

Yes, all of our facilities have heating an air conditioning.

Our capacity is 220 guests total in the event barn, but our we can only accommodate up to 32 guests in our cabins.

While there are many great great places to stay in the Philipsburg area, we recommend the Broadway Hotel for a comfortable and cozy lodging option in town. It is about a 30-minute drive to The Meadows from the town of Philipsburg.

Hideaway Lodge

We are fully licensed to provide our guests with beer and wine. If you prefer liquor or other hard spirits, this must be provided by the guest and may only be consumed within the guest’s accommodations per state law.

We open the central lodge from 7am to 10pm each day of our all-inclusive season running from May 23rd through October 31st. Contact us to learn more about open hours during our off-season from November 1st through May 22nd.

Yes, our lodge has high-speed satellite internet.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the central lodge at any time.

Yes! Branded merchandise, gear, and provisions are available at The Outpost fly shop in our Hideaway Lodge.
