Similar to the Meadows All-In-One Package, the Ranch Buyout provides two days of exclusive access to the entire ranch, accommodations, Hideaway Lodge, Riversong Barn and over 2,000 acres of Montana’s natural beauty. This package is structured for weddings and events of more than 40 people, held in the Riversong Barn.
* Pricing based on 2-night accommodation stay. Memorial Day Weekend – October starting prices reflect double occupancy (20 people). Additional charges apply to more than 2 guests in a cabin (maximum occupancy 4 people)
The Meadows on Rock Creek offers magical backdrops for the perfect elopement or micro wedding of up to 30 guests.
* Although groups of 8 or less have selection of ceremony site, all receptions will be held in the Riversong Barn. Accommodations subject to availability and seasonal pricing.
Planning
Our team would be honored to be a part of your special day. The beauty of the ranch and our thoughtful packages set the stage for creating memories of a lifetime. While we do not provide in-house wedding planning services beyond the scope of our packages, we have a list of amazing preferred vendors for your consideration. We do require that a designated planner is assigned for your event.
Payment Requirements
50% deposit required at time of reservation. Balance plus $1000 security deposit due 60 days before the event.

As part of your Montana wedding package, we provide tables and chairs for up to a maximum occupancy of 220 guests.
Our high end catering kitchen is available for the use of your preferred food vendor. Our kitchen is designed to make the cooking and food preparation process as smooth as possible and is located within a short walk of the event barn where your reception takes place.
We have three options for Montana wedding packages including:
Our all-inclusive buyout package features luxury accommodations (1o cabins in total), all meals and beverages, and guided activities for your guests that are staying on site.
Our venue-only package consists of rental of our event barn for the day. If needed, additional facility usage can be arranged for an extra fee or contact us for more details on our A Là Carte Package.
We can provide catering for your rehearsal dinner but do not provide food for your wedding/reception. Please see our preferred vendors list for our business partners.
We do not provide decorations but we can provide tables and chairs for a maximum occupancy of 220 guests. Any additional decorations must come your preferred wedding decorations vendor. Additionally, while we have an alter, we recommend providing your own if you have specific preferences on it’s size and decoration.
Yes, we have high speed satellite internet on our property and in all facilities.
Pets are allowed if they are part of the wedding ceremony. Please contact us to confirm details prior to your ceremony.

While there are many great great places to stay in the Philipsburg area, we recommend the Broadway Hotel for a comfortable and cozy lodging option in town. It is about a 30-minute drive to The Meadows from the town of Philipsburg.
