In an all-inclusive stay at The Meadows on Rock Creek, the following are included: 

• Private accommodations
• All meals and beverages including beer and wine
• All guided and self-guided activities with a limit of two per day

*Check-in is 3pm, and check-out is 11am. Daily housekeeping is available upon request. Additionally, kids under age six stay free when accompanying paying adult guests.

During our cabin rental season from November 1st through April 30th, all accommodations are included and we provide a continental breakfast. Guided activities are available for an extra fee upon request.

We have three options for private events including:

• All-Inclusive Buyout Package (available Memorial Day Weekend through October 31st) – a two night minimum rental of the entire facility with all inclusive experiences. Included 10 rental cabins (up to 32 guests), access to our Hideaway Lodge and property, meals and drinks, and guided activities for guests staying on site. Exclusively for weddings, we provide a rehearsal dinner for up to 32 guests but we do not provide wedding reception/event catering. 
• Off-Season Buyout or À La Carte Package – contact our team to discuss an off-season buyout or customize your all-inclusive experience during our peak season.
• Venue ONLY Buyout (weddings only) – included one day of rental of our event barn for use of your ceremony and reception.

For our All-Inclusive Season, a 50% deposit is required to book a reservation, and the balance is due upon check out. Your deposit will happily be refunded if a cancellation is made no less than 90 days before the scheduled date of arrival. If a cancellation is made within the 90 day timeframe, the deposit will not be refunded unless the reservation is sold to another party at full price. While we will do our best to assist in finding a replacement if you need to cancel your stay with us, sourcing a replacement for a cancellation is the sole responsibility of the original reservation party.

No refunds or rate adjustments will be given for date changes, rollovers, or reduction in the duration of a reservation. In the event of a natural disaster, The Meadows On Rock Creek is not responsible for cancellations and a refund will not be issued. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. We employ a strict cancellation policy due to our small size and nature of the industry.

For our Cabin-Only Season, we require 100% payment upfront for all off-season cabin rentals. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

In the event of a natural disaster, The Meadows On Rock Creek is not responsible for cancellations and a refund will not be issued. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. We employ a strict cancellation policy due to our small size and nature of the industry.

We are fully licensed to provide our guests with beer and wine. If you prefer liquor or other hard spirits, this must be provided by the guest and may only be consumed within the guest’s accommodations per state law.

Alcohol that is consumed outside your accommodation must be served by a staff member of The Meadows on Rock Creek from the bar in the central lodge.

Yes, but this is based on availability. We have designated two cabins as “pet friendly’ accommodations. Contact us directly for availability.

For all-inclusive stays, costs include an additional $600 per guest if more than two on a reservation in a single cabin (4 guests per cabin maximum), massage ($150/session), fly fishing float trips ($675/day), merchandise available for sale at our outfitters shop, and airport transfers.

Additional fees for private events (such as weddings and others) includes event planning, decorating, catering, alcoholic beverages during the event, and music. The Meadows provides use of the Riversong Event Barn plus tables and seating for up to 220 guests in all event packages but additional needs are subject to extra fees.
