For groups of 40 or less, the Meadows All-In-One Package is a turnkey all-inclusive wedding and memory experience for you and your guests, including exclusive use of the ranch, venues, accommodations, meals, beverages and activities during your two-night stay in paradise.
For groups of more than 40, the Ranch Buyout Package includes the Riversong Barn and surrounding areas for up to 220 guests for your ceremony and reception, as well as exclusive use of the ranch with two-night accommodations for up to 40 guests. Meals, beverages and activities are also included for onsite guests for Memorial Day weekend – October events.

Our team would be honored to be a part of your special day. The beauty of the ranch and our thoughtful packages set the stage for creating memories of a lifetime. While we do not provide in-house wedding planning services beyond the scope of our packages, we have a list of amazing preferred vendors for your consideration. We do require that a designated planner is assigned for your event. From catering to decorations, flowers, and more. Our extensive list of local vendors will more than cover your needs for the perfect Montana wedding.

Our high end catering kitchen is available for the use of your preferred food vendor. Our kitchen is designed to make the cooking and food preparation process as smooth as possible and is located within a short walk of the event barn where your reception takes place.

Our Meadows All-In-One Package is perfect for groups of 40 or less and is a complete all-inclusive package featuring use of the ranch, venues, accommodations, meals, beverages, and activities during a 2-night or more stay. While your wedding can have more than 40 guests attend, we only have limited capacity for lodging.
Our Riversong Barn Package consists of rental of our event barn for two days and a two-night stay for the couple. If needed, additional facility usage can be arranged for an extra fee.
We can provide catering for your rehearsal dinner but do not provide food for your wedding/reception. Please see our preferred vendors list for our business partners.
We do not provide decorations but we can provide tables and chairs for a maximum occupancy of 220 guests. Any additional decorations must come your preferred wedding decorations vendor. Additionally, while we have an alter, we recommend providing your own if you have specific preferences on it’s size and decoration.
Yes, we have high speed satellite internet on our property and in all facilities.
Pets are allowed if they are part of the wedding ceremony. Please contact us to confirm details prior to your ceremony.
Our capacity is 220 guests.
We have lodging on property for up to 40 guests in total in 10 private, riverfront cabins. While we can’t host all of your guests, a list of offsite accommodations are available upon request.
