A 50% deposit is required to book a reservation, and the balance is due upon check out. Your deposit will happily be refunded if a cancellation is made no less than 90 days before the scheduled date of arrival. If a cancellation is made within the 90 day timeframe, the deposit will not be refunded unless the reservation is sold to another party at full price. While we will do our best to assist in finding a replacement if you need to cancel your stay with us, sourcing a replacement for a cancellation is the sole responsibility of the original reservation party.
No refunds or rate adjustments will be given for date changes, rollovers, or reduction in the duration of a reservation. In the event of a natural disaster, The Meadows On Rock Creek is not responsible for cancellations and a refund will not be issued. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. We employ a strict cancellation policy due to our small size and nature of the industry.
