Our all-inclusive buyout package features luxury accommodations (10 cabins in total with lodging for up to 32 guests), all meals and beverages, and guided activities for your guests that are staying on site.
Our venue-only package consists of rental of our event barn for the day. If needed, additional facility usage can be arranged for an extra fee or contact us for more details on our A Là Carte Package.
We can provide catering for your rehearsal dinner and guests that are staying in our cabins during an all-inclusive experience, but do not provide food for your wedding/reception/event. Please see our preferred vendors list for our business partners.
We do not provide decorations but we can provide tables and chairs for a maximum occupancy of 220 guests. Any additional decorations must come your preferred wedding decorations vendor. Additionally, while we have an alter, we recommend providing your own if you have specific preferences on it’s size and decoration.
Yes, we have high speed satellite internet on our property and in all facilities.
Pets are allowed if they are part of a wedding ceremony or special event but must be approved by management. Please contact our team to confirm details prior to your ceremony.

While there are many great great places to stay in the Philipsburg area, we recommend the Broadway Hotel for a comfortable and cozy lodging option in town. It is about a 30-minute drive to The Meadows from the town of Philipsburg.
